Single room = double room for single use, on request.
Double room = category A without kitchen use (just fridge).
Children reduction: up to 3 years of age free of charge, up to 6 years of age -70%, up to 12 years of age -50%, up to 18 years of age - 30% sleeping in partents bedroom (2 adult pay normal price).
Reduction for 3rd person in Triple room category A: - 15%
Prices include VAT, heating, electricity, local tax and refrigerator.
Arrival and departure:
With a payment on account your reservation becomes fix and valid. On your arrival day, your room is ready for you at 14:00. If you will arrive later than 19:00 please tell us! On departure day please give back your room until 10:00. Payment in cash, Mastercard, Visa or EC Card.
Special room wishes
If you wish any special room or room number, we will try to manage this for you, but we cannot guarantee any room number with your reservation. All rooms are NON SMOKING!! (Smoking only on the balcony) No Pets!!
Cancellation fees:
To cancel sounds bad. It is indeed, either for you or for us. It is a pity if rooms are free and other would have been happy to come. Otherwise, things could happen to anybody, mostly prompt. So please tell us timely. You can cancel your holidays until 28 days before without fees. For sending back a Payment on account, we keep 15 % charge for us. We also ask for your understanding that we have to charge fees, in case of cancellation within 28 days before the beginning of your holiday, as well as in case of belated arrival or earlier departure, for the days we could not let out again. The fees are: Without board: 100 %, Bed & Breakfast 80 %, with half board 70 % of the booked arrangement. As the saying goes, the best-laid plans often go awry. Whether you have to cancel your complete holiday or return home earlier than planned – it is best to play it safe and book travel insurance at the same time as your holiday.
Hotel Cancellation plus: More than a cancellation insurance (without excess) for your holiday. Hotel Cancellation Plus also includes insurance for trip termination, delayed commencement or involuntary prolongation of your booked stay and search and rescure costs.
Cover applies in respect of one stay up to 31 days in Europe.
