These spacious holiday homes and rooms combine the character and atmosphere of Austrian style with modern comfort. Our rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace with an unforgettable view of the surrounding local mountains and the Krimml Waterfalls. 

In case of booking bed and breakfast, you book the apartment without kitchen use, just with fridge.

All rooms and apartments are equipped with shower / WC, balcony or terrace, SAT TV, telephone, internet access and safe. It is possible to get bread every morning if ordered in advance. If you would like to make use of spa, you can utilise our spa area with sauna and solarium. Free parking for you car outside the guesthouse. 

If you want to take your laptop with you, you can have access to the Internet on your room (small charge).

Apartment A

 Apartment A: ca. 28 m2, 7,5 m2 balkony, maximum 4 people (2 beds, 1 sofa-bed). Number of apartments: 16 apartments of category A

 

Apartment B

 Apartment B: ca. 28 m2 + 13m2 + 2x 7,5 m2 balkony, maximum 6 people (4 beds,  1 bunk bed). Number of apartments: 2 apartments of category B 

These are "No - smoking" apartments/ rooms. Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Apartment C

 

Apartment C: ca. 28 m2 + 40 m2 + 10 m2 terrace, maximum 8 people (6 beds, 1 sofa-bed). Number of apartments: 1 apartment of category C.
