Check in:
Your studio or apartment will be ready at 02.00 p.m. Please let us know if you will arrive later than 07.00 p.m. We send you the room key. Download the app "JustIn Mobile" on your smartphone.
Check out:
We kindly ask you to leave your room at 10.00 am on the day of departure in a clean condition.
We ask you to clean used kitchen inventory, dishes and cooking pots and put them back (washed and dried!) in the kitchen compartments. Please dispose of the garbage and leftovers and empty the refrigerator! If you leave the apartment dirty, we charge extra cleaning fees - thank you for your understanding!
Prepayment:
Your reservation is guaranteed, if we received your payment (30% of the total amount).
Payment:
We accept cash (Euro), EC cards and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
Bread service:
We offer daily fresh bread and pastries. For your order we ask you to fill in the bread service list. Please order the day before until 04.30 p.m. at the reception. In the morning we bring the ordered bread to your room door.
Breakfast buffet:
Rich breakfast buffet with regional products for a fee (summer: 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. | winter: 07.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.)
Internet access:
In every room you can use free WIFI.
Kitchen equipment:
The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utilities, coffee machine and water boiler, oven and 4 plate stove, refrigerator, bedding and towels (1x per week we change the towels)
Waste separation:
On each floor there are waste bins. We ask you to waste separation by material type (plastic, paper, glass, metal, organic waste and residual waste).
Nighttime peace:
Please do not disturb other guests in the night's rest from 10.00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m. and do not play loud music.
Parking place:
You can park your car free of charge at the parking place next to the main entrance.
Smoking & pets:
Our house is "non-smoking". You can enjoy your cigarette on your balcony or outside. Pets are not allowed.
Repairs and damages:
Please inform us about repairs and damages so that we can repair them immediately. We ask for your understanding that any damages will be charged.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your holiday until 28 days before arrival without fees. For sending back a payment on your account, we keep 20% charge for us. We also ask for your understanding that we have to charge fees, in case of cancellation within 28 days before the beginning of your holiday, as well as in case of belated arrival or earlier departure, for the day we could not let out again. The fees are: 100% of the logis price. As the saying goes, the best-laid plans often go awry. Whether you have to cancel your complete holiday or return home earlier than planned - it is best to play it safe and book travel insurance at the same time as your holiday.
Covid-19:
Before your arrival, please inform yourself which conditions are required for entering Austria and for the accommodation in Austria. Please also note the current return travel regulations in your home country. We ask for your understanding, that non-compliance with the requirements does not justify free cancellation. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which includes also covid coverage.
Money-back guarantee:
In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
Cancellation cover:
Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage free of charge).
Room cleaning:
Towels are changed once a week. An additional change is available on request, at an additional cost. If you book every day the additional service "breakfast buffet", we clean your studio/apartement daily (no kitchen cleaning!). If you don't want to be disturbed or don't want to have cleaned your room, put the "red card" on your door outside.
Special room number:
Please let us know, if you want a special room number. We will try to manage it, but we cannot guarantee.
