Your room or apartment will be ready at 2.00 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 7.00 pm.
We kindly ask you to leave your room at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Your reservation is guaranteed, if we received your payment.
We accept cash (Euro), EC cards and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
You can do the check in online, before arrival you will receive a register form by email.
In every room you can use free WIFI.
Use of kitchen:
All our rooms and apartments are equipped with a kitchen. We ask you for your understanding that the type "bed and breakfast" does not included the use of kitchen and dishes. For sure, you can use the refrigerator.
Type of stay "Apartment": The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utilities, coffee machine, oven, 4 plate stove, refrigerator.
You can park your car free of charge at the parking place next to the main entrance.
Our house is "non-smoking". You can enjoy your cigarette on your balcony or outside.
To cancel sounds bad. It is indeed, either for you or for us. It is a pity if rooms are free and other would have been happy to come. Otherwise, things could happen to anybody, mostly prompt. So please tell us timely. You can cancel your holiday until 28 days before without fees. For sending back a payment on your account, we keep 15% charge for us. We also ask for your understanding that we have to charge fees, in case of cancellationi within 28 days before the beginning of your holiday, as well as in case of belated arrival or earlier departure, for the day we could not let out again. The fees are: Without board: 100%, bed & breakfast 80% of the booked arrangement. As the saying goes, the best-laid plans often go awry. Whether you have to cancel your complete holiday or return home earlier than planned - it is best to play it safe and book travel insurance at the same time as your holiday.
With the type of stay "room with breakfast" your room will be cleanded daily. If you don't want to be disturbed or don't want to have cleaned your room, put the "red card" on your door outside. Please help our environment! We do not change the towels every day. If you want a towel change, please put the used towels on the floor.
In type of stay "apartment" is no daily cleaning service included. Towels are changed once a week. An additional change is available on request, at an additional cost. Please leave the apartment on the day of departure clean (kitchen, stove and dishes), otherwise we will charge an addtional cleaning fee. We also ask you to empty the waste baskets.
